Rambutan is a small red fruit.

ข้างนอกมีขน ข้างในมีเนื้อสีขาว

It has hair on the outside and white flesh on the inside.

เนื้อของเงาะค่อนข้างคล้ายกับเนื้อลิ้นจี่

Rambutan flesh is quite similar to lychee flesh,

แต่ว่าเนื้อเงาะกรอบกว่า

but it is crispier.

เวลาจะกินเงาะ แนนจะชอบแกะเอาเนื้อออกมาก่อน แล้วเอาไปแช่เย็น

When eating rambutan, I like to peel the flesh first and chill it in the refrigerator,

เพราะเวลากินเย็นๆ จะกรอบขึ้นอีกค่ะ

because when eaten cold, it is even crispier.
